Before you start
- Your business UPI ID (for example yourshop@bank).
1Add your UPI ID to the bank account
Open Cash & Bank > Bank Accounts, edit (or add) your account, click + Add more fields and enter UPI ID for QR Code.
2Tick Print offline UPI QR on Invoices
In the same window tick Print offline UPI QR on Invoices (and Print Bank Details on Invoices if you want account details too). Save.
3Use that bank on invoices
On a sale, choose the bank account as Payment Type. The printed invoice carries the QR code for your UPI ID.
Good to know
- The offline QR does not confirm payment automatically; record it with Payment-In.
- Test the QR with a small payment first.
- Use a separate UPI ID for business if possible.
