How to export reports to Excel and PDF in Vyapar
Your CA, partner or bank may want reports in Excel. Every Vyapar report has export and print icons at the top right.

Before you start
- The report open with the right period selected.
1Use the Excel icon on any report
Open the report (for example Profit And Loss) and set the period. Click the Excel icon at the top right to download it; the printer icon prints it or saves it as PDF.
2Party statement: Excel Report
On Party Statement, the buttons are labelled Excel Report and Print.
3GSTR-1: JSON and Excel
The GSTR 1 report also offers a JSON export for uploading to the GST portal, plus Excel and print.
Good to know
- Choose Save as PDF in the print window to get a PDF.
- Exports reflect the filters you set, so check the period first.
- Large Excel files open faster if you export one month at a time.
